What's your opinion on cloning extinct animals?

July 2, 2017 2:27am CST
As many of you may or may not know scientist have tried to resurrect a frozen mammoth carcass by trying to clone it and use elephant genes. What is your opinion on this? Not just cloning but bringing back and extinct species? Do you think it's right or wrong? Do you think is a step toward a bright future or just a waste of time and money?

If they can survive in this climate which changed a lot and the environment, there is no wrong. But they should not suffer. Hope scientists consider all these things
