is weight training outdoor or indoor sport

well im confused please clarify my doubt abt weigth training being an outdoor game or an indoor sport

I always think of weight training as an indoor activity. Most people train in the gym and compete inside. I know there are places where there are outside gyms, but I don't think that is the norm for the sport.

hmm i agree tothis but when u warm up yourself for this sport u warmp yourself wiht a slight jog..i mean your lungs need fresh air..the whole purpose of weight training is defeated i fyour lungs don't egt fresh air

weight training is not a competitive sport, as the name say it's just "training", you can do it just as your regular sport to keep fit or as body building tainting or as training for virtually any other physical sport so it's indoor or outdoor depending on the facility you train at, if you have both choices outdoor may be ok but indoors usually allow for more concentration.
