I've eaten buffalo at a restaurant before. They had buffalo hamburgers on the menu. I'd heard that buffalo meat is leaner and more healthy than beef, so I tried it. I thought it really tasted good. Better than beef, but you can't buy it very many places. If you get the chance, try it.
