Another Event Planned!!!

I have another event planned for this Friday, June 7th, at 1 pm. The man at the Extension Service who wouldn't contact me back was shocked to find me standing at his Zumba event last Thursday. He had nothing to say about not responding to me. He went right into planning an event with me. So I have a 30 minutes Zumba class and a 30 minutes nutrition class for this Friday. I just got the flyers from my supervisor to pass out this week. I am also posting it to my Facebook page, the yard sale sights, Instagram, and snapchat. I also just created an event on photography page and sent invites to everyone that lives in the area.
The only thing about these events is worrying and stress about if anyone will actually come to them. I know again that it isn't something I can help if no one shows up but it still makes me feel bad.

Strange he never said anything to you about not responding to you but glad you have another event coming up. Yes I hope people will show up Casey. Good luck now.

I thought it was weird as well. My supervisor asked if he mentioned it and I told her that he didn't. She is going to be there Friday so she can meet him as well since it might be the only time she does with his record of not responding to us. She emailed him as well and he never got back to her either.

I do as well. I have posted it all over Facebook in hopes to getting people interested. I mean it is a free class so even if you don't know if they don't like it they didn't waste anything on it. I am going to be spending several hours tomorrow passing out flyers to business around town. Nothing gets me down more than putting in the work for an event to not have anyone show up.
