Please suggest best Smartphone with 4GB RAM and a good Camera?

I am searching a smartphone for one of my family member. He will use it mainly for gaming and for taking pictures.
As we all know there are hundreds of brands in the market and I am bit confused which one is the best.
So, Please suggest me any latest model which good RAM and other features. Also, any tips while comparing the best one.
