Virgin Mobile users?

Looking to see if anyone else on here uses Virgin Mobile as their wireless/cell phone carrier? And more specifically, does your Virgin Mobile phone have a SIMcard?
My current (older) Samsung Galaxy s3 does not require a sim card. I recently bought a newer smart phone, from Virgin Mobile (from a seller in Amazon) that apparently needs one.
Days like this I wish I had a normal carrier like Sprint or At&t - Virgin Mobile doesnt have any physical stores in the vincinity. Both Amazon and Ebay do not seem to sell the sim cards. What the heck? Where do I get one?
Anyone herr have Virgin Mobile or a similar frustration?

@maezee Yikes, customer service is bad if you were on hold forever.

I supported T-Mobile USA for 3.5 years and I got satisfied and frustrated subscribers. I hope you can get to seek help from Virgin Mobile Customer Service.

I thought Virgin Mobile was part of Sprint. Try going to their store and asking them about it.

Well, how do you contact with others with a phone without SIM cards?
