I went into the kitchen with the intention of just throwing some leftover rice, and cheese in a tortilla and calling it good. But then remembered that we had fish sticks so I made an impromptu fish taco.
Inside my flour tortilla are a few fish sticks, a handful of shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream and some mushroom rice.
Smells good, and I can't wait to dig in.
What are you having for lunch?

@thislittlepennyearns One of my favorites too, though the bread got soggy from being in the fridge. I ate it anyway. Pretty good. I did work for 1.5 hours today before Firefox gave me issues.

@KristenH I am just starting out with them. I have to wait for my new debit card to get here so I can verify the little initial deposits they did to it, to verify my account with them.
But I am excited to get started with them! I have hopes of making at leas a little money each week with them. It seems to work out pretty good for you, how long have you done Upwork?

That's how great recipes are born and get into the guinness book of world records. I am sure this will. Mine will too. There was no cheese for making cheese souffle and so I added onions instead
