Green Tea?

I have not been able to take out time for workout and what I am left with is to have a controlled diet. My friends told me that Green tea helps a lot in losing weight. Is it true? And how much should I have it in a single day for the effect to be seen?

This may or may not be true in the case of everyone. But, it worked well for me. I take special care about it. I always drink it with 3 spoons of Coconut Oil.

I don't think so. Physical activity is necessary to loose weight. At least try Walking in your room after meals
