There has been many recent disscussions about the earth tilting more twords the south, and this is causing the sun to be further north in the daytime. Many people have actually observers this for quite some time. This strange event in our lifetime could be playing a significant factor in the extreme weather patterns across the world. Have you heard of this ?

I have heard this and it seems that the powerful earthquake in Japan of a few years ago slightly moved the earth axis and this is the cause.

Such things happen due to rotation of the earth which has got bulge at the polar regions. As times go by there will be drift of the surface which can not be observed at a time.
