Can you go a day without the internet?

For sure I could survive a full day without using the internet, and have done so in the recent past when on a vacation or camping. I do admit, though, that during those times I did think about the the internet and wanted to use it. I agree that we as a society are too attached to the internet and social media. ;) What is your view on this?
