Picture Yourself on the Beach!

Picturing myself on the beach using visualization and zen exercises helps a lot whenever I need to relax or I'm dealing with stressful situations and just need some calm for a second. I simply start with one deep breath, or even as many as I need, and pick on aspect of beaches that will help. I even do this sometimes when I'm talking to people, even when it's only a second or two to "think beach" and take that deep breath. I call it the "beach game".
Does anyone else do stuff like this when you need to relax? Where do you picture yourself relaxing? Do you ever imagine you can hear calming ocean waves or smell the salty sea air? And does it work for you?
