Is Chivalry Dead?

July 10, 2017 1:21pm CST
In this era where respect for woman is hardly shown and both gender alike refuse to acknowledge love is it because chivalry no longer exist. Dates are no longer thought about with both person in mind and a female on majority of occasions that I have seen have to find their way to the meeting place.I'm I a romantic fool or is chivalry dead? If its not then where is it hiding?

I don't know about dating because I have no desire at all for any kind of romantic relationship but I find chivalry everywhere. I have men open doors for me--and young ladies, too, since I'm all gray and hobble now--and let me go ahead of them into automatic doors. I have men offer to help me put my groceries in the car. People let me ahead of them in traffic and I do the same. I've even had a man share his umbrella with me, a total stranger. I think you just have to look more carefully since it's not as widespread as it used to be. Feminism ridiculed it and a lot of women these days are actually offended by these courtesies. So men are not as apt to give in to their natural instinct to help a woman as they used to be. Look around you, you'll see it if you look for it! And be sure to give him your most brilliant smile and sincere thanks the next time a man does you a common courtesy.

blame it on the politics that say theres no dominant gender, that all genders are equal. lets face it, women still want a man who will treat them like a lady. not a school boy who will treat them like a little girl.
