Money Hungry

I have found myself looking for anyway to make money. There has been a steep decline in customers since one month ago when the new owners decided to raise prices and change selection. These said changes are to remain. No one is making money. How do I get the owners concerned about the financial well-being of their staff? How do I not go money hungry crazy on my supervisor, who has no say in operations, while I hunt down a new job? Been try my best, but it doesn't seem enough.

It can be hard to talk to the owners if you're not that high up in the business. Some owners aren't willing to accept advice and think they know it all. If they are smart, they should've already caught on to the decline and attempt to get it back up again.
I would suggest you just try to earn some extra online and look for another job. Definitely take advantage of looking on Indeed or if you're on Facebook, look up to see if there's a local job finding group.
