Was wondering why India does not allow playing international lotteries, which is categorized as gambling which in turn illegal under FEMA. The laws under which such bans are imposed is not very forthcoming and there is difference of opinion on the legality or illegality of the subject. Is it not high time to allow playing international lotteries online legally? My take is yes! What do you think?
