Am i really hungry or the weather have made me?
I had cassava cake earlier, thinking that there is no more dinner for me. Carbohydrates plus the melted cheese, is fine.
All of a sudden I felt like I am still hungry.. Mind's playing tricks on me
With the leftover rice from lunch, I cooked garlic rice and heated that fish (yes,
from lunch)
Now, I am fine *burps(excuse me)*.
Oh weather...
By the way that is my dinner.
Do you also eat more when the weather is colder?

Yes we do..usually we will have thick stews and curries in cold weather. And lots of it.

I always seem to eat more when the weather is colder than during the hot months of summer.

@Lucky15 Yes, I do too. Especially if the food is still hot.

Yes, the heat really does take away my appetite for anything heavy.

Yes I do, but I eat quite a bit at each meal any time. I rarely eat between meals though.

Steamed sweet potato tops dipped in shrimp paste lime and chillie. Pork sinigang, Crispy tuyo (dried fish) and a plate full of hot steaming rice. A hot cup of tea after eating. That is my comfort food at times like that.

Yep the colder it gets the more I eat the warmer the less I eat. Since I could lose a pound or two I was thinking that it might be easy to lose weight as long as I keep the house really warm when it is cold outside and perhaps I won't feel like eating so much.
