Twittering, Russia, and Congress. Oh my! President Trump calls it "fake news". He hates the media. People who still are backing him say they think the media should just back off. Okay! So say the media does 'back off'. We quit hearing what is going on in the White House and in congress. How soon will it be before people start grumping about that? I think people would be grumping about too little as they are about too much. No happy medium either. I want to hear what is going on. I listen to Rachel Maddow nearly every night. She tells it like it is. She gives the real news. I really enjoy her type of sending it out to us.
If there was a vote tomorrow I would vote for the media. I know sometimes they go about it in a horrid way. Take for instance the story of what happened to Princess Diana. But, that doesn't happen very often. I think that people in the limelight need to take a class or something on putting up with and handling the media. It is going to be there. They can choose who they speak to and who they stay away from too.
I think the media has a job to do. I also think that one reason Trump doesn't like the media is that it has more power than he does. And, it speaks the truth. He can't handle that. He is such a liar! He wants to hide what he is doing but can't because of the media.

He is such a liar. I would much believe the 'fake news' more than I ever would him.

Today, news is like a gossip. The more the drama it has, the better attention it will get. It's becoming annoying already.

This depends on what 'news' you're listening to. Annoying because those factions are still around. The good news is around to stay. This other stuff needs to go. Like that one Trump's right hand man used to manage. Not good news at all.

@celticeagle the annoying part is they think that their lies are believed by the people.

@sugartoes .....I don't think that is totally true. They are looking for the truth just like I am. If Trump would hold press conferences and be open to the media it would not be so bad. He is the culprit, not the media. They are just doing their job. If you choose a good station to listen to that upholds the standing of the news then there isn't a problem. It's just like everything else. One bad apple does hurt the rest.

I donĀ“t care much for the media but I suppose that they have a job to do.
If anything I love that could not careless image of that man in the sea how wonderful is that?
I choose to take that attitude with all what is going on in that sense.
An attitude of relaxation just what I need well and everyone else.

Very well said. We need the media to hold Trump's (and Congress') feet to the fire. Otherwise they all think they can just do whatever they want. Look at all of the BS with Russia that has already been exposed thanks to the media. All of the stuff that Trump has spent 6 months denying.
