Since the neighbor has moved the landlord is over pulling out weeds and picking up trash.
We took the plant out front the one in the picture in the middle.. we dug deep to get the root, it was heavy.. Planted it in our yard, hoping for the best. The other two pictures show the weeds growing wild.
The house was not cleaned in months on purpose, tumble weed and trash and so much more.
The inside of that house was left one big mess, bedding on the floor , clothes, food , trash.. You would never know a family once lived there and trashed before the moved how sad.
The owner will not put it up for sale and hopefully new people move in soon.

@CookieMonster46 But I suppose all their dues were duly paid, so there's no need for their address.

@SIMPLYD no they didn't pay , they were months behind but to evict them took a long time, and they were able to stay there without paying.

That is a beautiful plant and I hope it will grow well in your yard.
Some people are terrible and care little for other people's property.

Yes, I hear a lot of people are in the same boat, because they get bad renters. I just don't understand it.. They lived there all that time and they should have left the place the want they moved in it.

@CookieMonster46 I agree. It's the decent thing to do. You wouldn't believe the clean-ups we have had to do after a renter has gone. Don't get me wrong they all aren't that way but there are enough to discourage you from renting out your property.
