What is your favorite exercise and keep it in your life

Keeping one exercise in your life . We know most excellent people always do exercise to keep their body strong and health . They have high efficient to do many things for their works .Take exercises are popular in the world , There are many kinds of exercises . Some can keep do it all the time . Another people maybe stop to do exercise for some reasons .I like swimming .I am lazy person didn't keep swimming for long time. So now I decide to keep it again .Do you have exercise regularly in your life ?

I do not live far from the beach and I usually go swimming every weekend. Yes that's my favorite exercise

@Linda1234 Swimming is all all body exercise I would say. However in winter it might be quite tricky to go for a swim.

@Linda1234 yes, we don't need any equipment to do walking only shoes required and we can do it anytime, anywhere, like if we are on vacation, there also we can go for walk.
