It's a little bit of both. It's what we call combination skin.

my skin? sometimes dry but never oily. I use lotions and the dryness fades away. :)

I would say that my skin is more dry than it is oily, probably thanks to the colder weather coming..

my skin has always been prone to drying out so i always use a good mousturizer in the morning and at night and it seems to keep it under control
