Stand Back, I need to rant

So. A couple months ago, november to be exact, my grandmother had told me that she is moving and doesnt want to sell her current home just yet. She had asked me to stay in her vacant home until she decided to she wanted to sell it. I have been out living in an apartment with my bf pay too high for rent to begin with so this was perfect, all she asked us was to just pay the bills and it will be rent free. Now, its 2 weeks till she is moving out and I move in, only she just informed me that she found out that some family ( my biological father whom i strongly dislike) had lost hs job and he and his new family need a place to stay for a while until he can get back on his feet again. SHE TELLS ME THIS NOW?!!?!?!? I already told my landlord that im moving out and he has already found a new renter, and now i have nowhere to go. my aunt and uncle say i can live with them but they already have too many people in their small place and no room for 2 more plus a small dog. I need help guys, I can't afford to come up with a down payment plus rent for a new pet friendly apartment. Also both me and my BF are full time students and can only work part time jobs. What should i do? I need help
