What do you think about educated horses? Real smart horses not the music

I discovered educated smart horses a couple years ago and I have been on a search/hunt...perhaps even a quest for more information about these educated "smart" horses. The most obvious is Beautiful Jim Key because of the book written by Mim E. Rivas. I find these educated horses fascinating. Probably because I love horses but also because the more information I find, the more intrigued I get. Each one is advertised as the "best educated" or the "king or queen" of all smart horses or my favorite "the horse with the human brain." That last is a phrase that brings up all sorts of weird thoughts! LOL I have found out about the educated horses Princess Trixie; Captain; Mascot; Bonner; King Pharoah et al. There were even educated mules and ponies. The more information I find, the more information I WANT and it is slow going. I wonder if I should write a book. It's something to think about for sure. Is there anyone else out ,there who is fascinated with these educated horses too?
