What worries you.

July 20, 2017 4:21am CST
What worries me today is to be late at work. Since my work shift change from day to night shift. I am in the adjustment period for my body clock. Since i normally sleep at night and awake the entire day. Now i have difficulty sleeping. It is too noisy if it is daytime. Like i can hear the sounds of the television since my mother is watching it and i can't stop her even if i put something in my ear or even if i close the door. Then at the window i can hear cars. And feels like i am afraid to sleep coz i maybe oversleep and might be late at work. Alarm clock will not work for me. My body automatically wake up every morning even if without alarm clock as what i normally have before. I can't let my mother to awake me coz she might be sleeping by then. I supposed to wake up 1am coz my work start at 3am. Travel to work takes atleast 2hrs.

I would have been bored instead of worrying if I was in your place. I do like early morning trips but not early morning office. And here you have to wake up before day break oh gosh! Great you are to have continued with your job.

I also used to have the same shift before and i feel lazy to woke up that early. But of course i have no choice but to wake up. As what they said "let us be thankful if we woke up everyday with a job than be jobless"

I was working the night shift for some time and I can totally understand your struggle. Sleeping during the day is not easy. Since I do not live far from the main road, I would hear the sounds of the vehicles and I couldn't really sleep because of that. I am always worried if I am not on time to go to work or an appointment

@@Rianne009 I don't need an alarm to wake up at 5 a.m.in the morning. It has become my habit to get up at that time.It doesn't matter to me how late I slept the previous night.
