My report of recent events involving my neighbor LeafblowerMan were left at the point where one of his neighbors (read, victims) was reprimanded (!) by the park owner, and the other neighbor (again, read victim) was evicted (!) along with the two roommates living with him, one of whom would be homeless after eviction.
The latest turn of the screw is that the evicted neighbor lawyered up and went to court. The reprimanded neighbor also attended. I didn't go to watch, but word on the street is that the owner of the park was there with her lawyer and when the reprimanded victim started to speak, the owner had a meltdown in court and her lawyer dropped the eviction against the other neighbor.
So basically, LeafblowerMan lost the battle. Again. [We'd been through this almost same scenario last summer, including court drama where LBM got all the tenants who were involved to show up at court, then didn't attend the hearing himself, so his legal action was dismissed by the judge.]
But something tells me LBM's war isn't over and he will continue to act out until owner and manager wake up to his game and he himself is evicted. I hope to be moved out before that happens. So tired of this drama...

After all that and he still has a place to live.
He is an evil man.

@blitzfrick He has to be supplying them with something surely..although I know how some evil ones have that way about them to get away with everything on earth.

Yes, some of us are quite astonished. We think the mgr and the owner have fallen under his (LBM's) spell.

@TiarasOceanView Somehow he's convinced them of his victimhood. What he does is provoke endlessly until someone reacts then he claims to be the victim. He did that with me several times until I just totally cut him off, including even the tiniest cordial exchange. My life has been way more peaceful ever since. I am soooo thankful I didn't get him as a next door neighbor.

Thank you for all the good wishes! If LIFE doesn't interfere, I'll be contacting the real estate man in the spring.

As my sister used to say "You have your 'true' and you have your 'very true'."
