A Formal Request To All Mylotters

July 21, 2017 3:36pm CST
Hello fellow mylotters! It's good to meet you all. I hope you're all having a nice time around reading and commenting on each other's discussions. I know how fulfilling it is to have your discussions read, and also to read some in the process. There is a small request I want to make to all of you, however. When taking part in someone's discussion(s), please read the tags more carefully. And if you think you can't trust the tags, please read the content carefully and ask about the same to the writer if you have any doubts. That said people are bound to mistake and overlook contents and jump on conclusions without any sound reasoning. It's always better to be polite and meticulous on our part so as to avoid any kind of confusions. I hope my request would be heard with a sound reasoning. And I hope to adhere to the same in my future participations. Thank you for your time. ~Your fellow mylotter and friend

That is the one drawback to any conversation posted online, anything can and will be taken out of context, it's not meant to be mean or anything, it's just one of those things that you don't get with face to face in person conversation.

I agree. It has happened to me. People have not read tags more carefully. I hope my message will not go unnoticed. Thanks for your comments, though. Have a nice day.

@shikharava i responded to one who commented on my discussion because the title, he thought, said it all, so i replied if the user read my discussion. this happened a long time ago.

Yeah, I agree. But most are quite attentive. (*_*) and some are only curious. And because of their curiosities they get it all wrong. Many are caring too. I have happened to know them a little.

I feel one should read the entire discussion before responding and one should not just check the tags or title of the discussion and start responding. Apparently, you also committed the same mistake, when responding to some of the posts.
