either. but I want to know Im always in
control of my blood sugar.
As a diabetes advocate I remind you all
tlo check blood sygar often your meter is a
friend to show you wjat fppds do not t raise
blood sugar and what foods do raise it.
Also take advantage of sunneras vegetables
and fresh fruits

@celticeagle I read it over and IL do nmot see anything wrong and it shoulde clear to anyone who is a diab etic there is no errrs there It wasedited and re editied
