It is. I have my credit listed with paypal. It's totally safe. I've been using paypal for years.

why do you want to add your credit card.if you wont add then also its not of a big deal.you will get your payout hassle-free.

I'm not sure. I didn't give them credit card information (I don't own a credit card even lol) but I did give them my banking information so that my paypal money could be transfered to my bank account.

Paypal is secure - visit their site, and you'll see that the web address begins with https:// ... the "s" means secure. I've never had a problem with Paypal!
