PART 2 What are laws when it comes driving ?

I was so amazed with what everyone responded with when I asked about texting and driving. A lot of people talked about the laws and regulations that there state had that I wanted to asked a new question about texting and driving .... what are the laws or regulations that your state or county has when it comes to texting and driving ??? What's the Discipline what texting and driving ??

In India we have rules against using the mobile phone while driving , either texting or speaking. Having said that I see every other person breaking the law . I can only blame the authorities for not being strict about it !

I totally agree just because there's laws doesn't mean that they will listen to it they have to be strict and enforced it

I know that if you make a call while you are driving over here you will be fined. I think the same law applies to texting.

Hi In New york state we have a law of no texting and driving I think the fines are over $100.but not sure

Here we have rules for almost everything, including Reckless driving, and usage of Mobile phone while driving and other things like that, Krystle
