Runny Nose in the morning

I had woke up at 5am in the morning to get ready for my son to school. Had to prepare his breakfast, packed lunch, water bottles and experiencing a few sudden sneezes.
Now, I am having a runny nose, gotta take a short nap before breakfast time. Yesterday, I slept at 11.30pm because I had to wait for my son to finish his homework.
Very tiring, both of us.

I also have this problem. Perhaps my nose is sensitve. Usually I will keep a running nose for a while and then it will be gone. So it is not that bothering for me. I think it has something to do with the air pollution and the different temperature from indoor and outdoor. The big temperature range can lead to this problem.

I hope it's temporary. That happens to me when I have a too short sleep or when i'm having allergy attack.

Very irritating isn't it? Felt like traffic jam in the nose, gotta get a stick to dig out the blockage!
