why is there no drugs for HIV AIDS

after so many years of research there is still no answer to this issue. sometime ago we got some news that someone finally found the cure, after sometime no information about that. I don't want to believe the drug is out but only wealthy people can afford d drug?

Maybe its in the process of creation ,you never know.Though no one wants to believe its actually made and only the wealthy can have it .We just have to have patience.
