Are you good at reading people's body language. I am pretty good at it I think. I have some training in it, but basically, I try to pick up cues when I see people either in real life or on TV. One time I was watching contestants on Jeopardy, and I think they are told to try to remain expressionless so the audience is surprised to see who won, and for the most part they are pretty good at this, however, I was looking at it one one night, and I saw just a slight change in the contestants expression and a slight upturn of her mouth...I thought she won...and of course she did. One time I had a job interview..we were all waiting in another area..He was calling people back. I saw him walking rapidly to the office..I thought I did not get this job..even though the interview had gone well..I instinctively knew he wanted to get it over with...just examples..body language and expressions can tell you so much if you let them. Do you notice people's body language?

Yes, if you are watching for that sort of thing, I am sure you can tell most of the time.

@snowy22315 i am talking in general. a body language can show different movements but the eyes manifest the real emotions.

I think we all possess the skill, but some people have it more than others.

Yes, just this evening the police followed a car in walmart parking lot and the man got out fast and walked toward the store, the police stopped him and asked for ID, he was jittery, very nervous, messing with the with the coke bottle. He was guilty of doing something, I could tell.

Yeah, and the police following him, and checking his idea was a pretty good clue too!

snowy, I love to watch people and see what things they do. I am a real people watcher. I love to sit on my porch and watch the people go by and observe them.

You can, if you want to read it..it will sometimes tell you more than spoken language.

if you are interested, there are some pretty common signs of different emotions and you can find them online. The only people who despartely try not to let their body language betray them are Poker players, and sometimes criminals.
