My Definition of "Educated Smart Horses"

I realized in my last post/discussion that I didn't exactly explain what an educated horse is, or mostly, what was since most of them lived in the 1800's and early 1900's. So here is my (little bit long) explanation of an educated or smart horse.
Educated horses were considered 'extra smart' because they were trained to perform tasks that horses usually did not do. Many could read, write, spell, count, figure sums, change money, use a cash register, ring up fares, play the organ, tell time, file letters, pick out colors, teeter totter/seesaw, be a rocking horse, and much more. There were some educated horses who were considered psychic and could read minds.
The training for an educated horse, one who could perform many different tasks, generally involved many years as well as kindness which was not the way horses were usually trained in the 1800's and early 1900's where bronco busting was the prevailing method of training so many horses. It was even advertised that some educated horses were trained according to a human curriculum (similar to school children) or equest-curriculum.
There were educated smart horses that traveled all over the world. They performed at local fairs, at the circus, on TV or before royalty. Some were even ambassadors for the Humane Society to bring awareness to the treatment of all animals at a time when animals were considered just "dumb brutes" who didn't necessarily deserve to be treated with kindness.
A few of the educated horses were advertised as having a human brain because they were said to be able to reason as a human could. But all educated horses were advertised as being the best, the smartest, the most wonderful, most beautiful or the King or Queen of all educated horses.
