Is earth trying to get flooded?

The rain these days is getting out of control, I love rain but I'm beginning to wish it's not this much. So much flooding in every part of the world. Was wondering if the ice in Iceland was beginning to melt. ??

I hate rain cause my roof is leaking, for the melting ice, this is just global warming doing its thing.
