What's the best life lesson you learned too late?

about mine I always thought making more money would make life easier. That I could have a job that's not good as long as I made a lot. Everyone always says not to make it about the money and I always said that I could stare at a wall for $100k a year. Yeah it's terrible.

Best lesson i've learnt is, Be yourself. People may change but you can't act for yourself. Let others think whatever they want. But dont hurt yourself in any way

my thinking is different. You can love money but it is not everything. To me my family and career is important. I learned late some lessons in my life that we have to be patient in everything we do. So that was the lessons i Learned but much later in life.
