High blood pressure is a silent killer which predisposes to various heart diseases and it is saddening that most of us dont even care to check our B.P regularly.The question is,how often do you have your B.P(Blood pressure)checked?

I only have it checked if I go to the doctor - but it's not something I ever worry about. As far as I know it's normally a bit low so im not in danger of high bp

Every morning, my husband suffers from high blood pressure and is on medication. I again suffer from low blood pressure and there is no medication. I see you are from the most beautiful part in our country
