I am a coffee drinker and recently I have taken coffee without sugar at all. At the beginning I didn't like the taste but now I am used to it. Of course there are reasons why I took to drinking it without sugar. Coffee without sugar is said to give you such health benefits as increase in body metabolism, insulin production and decrease in cholesterol level. Other than the above mentioned benefits, sugarless coffee keeps you bodily active and improves alertness. People of old age are recommended to consume sugarless coffee in order to avoid the possibility of damage to their cognitive function. These are some of many other health benefits that we can obtain from drinking sugarless coffee regularly.

Health specialists strongly recommend that coffee be taken without sugar. It is said that sugar will wrinkle your skin in a long run.

I don't know if I could drink coffee without sugar, it is so bitter. I know I shouldn't eat so much sugar though.

My dad and my sister does. I never let them make me my coffee. I don't think i'll get used to it.

The difference between the two is really an acquired taste. I always add one spoon of sugar to my coffee, but drink tea without.

I like coffee too. I take it without milk because I can't take milk and milk products (I'm a vegan, you know). I haven't tried it without sugar, though. Okay, maybe once, but the coffee was too bitter. I don't think I would do that again. (*_*)
