Yeah, I agree. People must understand that public property or shared property doesn't mean that they have the right to do anything with it. They should be more responsible and take extra care with such things. Even my teacher used to say, 'If you receive a thing in some condition, return it in even better condition." It's good to see that you feel like this. It simple means that you're one responsible citizen. I wish there were more responsible people like you. But what can I say, let's hope that people will learn eventually and have better understanding than what they have now.

Yes, every time see these phenomena Im very angry, they don't have any basic moral qualities, and have seriously affected the quality of the country , I think these people should receive the appropriate punishment,

@cancergirl I guess, you're right. But can punishments change their hearts? They will have to undergo a heart change on their own. If they won't admit that they committed a mistake then noone can make them feel guilty. (*_*)

This happens here in Oxford, UK too. I don't ride my bike on roads any more as it is too dangerous. Thankfully, we have a fair few cycle paths.
