We can't stand over weight. So many people eat less foods or take exercise to loose weight. It is not easy to make decisions. Eat less is very popular for young gilrs. They have this style for keeping body looks thinner. The other people take exercise on it.It is very hard but is very good for body strong. I think both of them are important for eating healthy foods and take exercises. What do you think?

If I had a choice, I would definitely choose just exercise only.
But unfortunately in reality, I cannot just eat whatever amount I want and have to do both things.
Eat less and exercise or I do not lose anything.

What works best is a combination of both. It is hard to keep weight off without exercise.

I do both. I walk at least two miles a day, and I eat much less than I did a year ago. As a result, I've lost 15 pounds this year!!!

My motto is to eat less and move more. I think you need both to achieve weight loss and keep it off

As a few respondents mentioned you need to do both. Exercise can tone you up and addition to burning calories. It is also a healthier option because even walking quickly is good for the heart.

Eat more carbo if the person is on daily exercise. Exercise is good but the person needs nutritious food.

I think there has to be a balance between the two. I know that most people who have succeeded in losing weight do that instead of choosing one over the other.

It is supposed to be a balance of both. We do overeat as a society and eating less is a habit to learn.
