I used to think that eating all kinds of food will give me all the nutrients that I need, until my mom got hypertension. That's the time I search for food that are healthy and choose the food I eat, but not only that because I discovered too that certain food like vegetables or fruits can prevent or cure certain ailments. My journey to having a healthy lifestyle pay off because I passed the age that my mom got hypertension. Another compliment is that they say I look younger than my age. Are you living a healthy lifestyle? If yes, since when and what benefits or tips you would like to share?

Some foods are better and some worse, depending on what ailments you already have. I need to eat liver because I need more sources of vitamin B. Yet that is not good for other problems.

Yes, because eating liver is not good for people with hypertension but it's good for people who are anemic. All internal organs of an animal have high cholesterol so it's not good if you have hypertension.
