Lack of Sleep and Headaches.

It is common nowadays to have more than one job right? It is the same for me too. Between school, hospital job and business, sleep is taken for granted. Going for a week of only 3-4 hours of sleep lead to a headache which made me feel like a baby elephant is sitting on my head. I feel better now though. One good quality sleep made me feel a whole lot better. This made me realize that I may have to slow down a bit, plus these dark circles around my eyes seem to be going nowhere.

Headaches and lacking of proper night sleep seem to be perfect match. No, I don't slow down from my regular business of the day-- when I DON'T have a headache. And headaches happen very seldom, mostly on some Friday overnights til Saturday morning. :-(

If there is so much work to be done and too little time, we don't have a choice but to sacrifice sleep and rest.

@JeeyanDee That's always been the case with very busy mothers.

I always take on more than I can handle because I want to be wonder woman and know I am not. I am jealous of those that can take on the world and so be ok. I hate headaches and they are very pounding. When I keep myself at a steady pace and do not let others pressure me then I am ok and then I can get more sleep.

Most of the time though, you have to sacrifice some things in order to achieve your goals.

I get like that when I work alot of hours just at my one job. I been doing four 10 hour days and my normal 8 hour shift on Friday. This is because we our short handed and so I'm doing a 2 person job right now until we hire someone else. The overtime has been nice though each paycheck i have 9 hours overtime. I hope your able to get caught up on sleep as it's not good to function like that on a daily basis.

Lack of sleep is dangerous. It happens to individuals and it is a problem with me too. So take a step backwards and fell better and then do your job. This will also make you happy.

Your sleep time is too short, so it's especially bad for your health. Maybe you can do less work. Health is the most important thing

I know it is. Work and school demands me to sacrifice both sleep and work though

Take one task at a time. You will attract mental illness if you don't.

Yes, we have to learn to relax a bit so we wouldn't be so stressful. Being stressed makes it hard for us to have a good sleep and this would eventually lead to headaches...so as much as possible, try not to overwork yourself :)
