How do you solve the lunch problem on weekdays

Because of the disaster caused by eating over the weekend,I decided to reduce the number of meals out.Today's lunch is my homemade lunch.I'm a vegetarian, so only made vegetables and eggs.
Now the public health of the restaurant is getting worse and worse.It is a luxury for office workers to have a healthy lunch.I think for my own health, it seems more reasonable to make the picnic lunch.
So my friends, what do you eat for lunch on weekdays, do you eat in a restaurant or do you take your lunch from your home?

Green is the pepper, purple is purple sweet potato, black is the black fungus, yellow is fried tofu

@cancergirl does the green pepper have scrambled eggs with it? does the black fungus have black beans with it? i hope you can share with us how you cooked all these dishes. do you eat all that for lunch? it looks pretty heavy for me.

@hereandthere Yeah, the pepper is fried with eggs, black fungus and tofu fried together, with the addition of soybean sauce,Purple sweet potato is steamed, as part of the staple food

Most of our meals are from our own kitchen. We eat vegetables and fruit, no animal products. We find it easy enough to bring our own meals wherever we go @cancergirl
