How to choose?

I have a question that have puzzled me for a long time. Till now, i don't know houw to choose? I am a post student and my major is pharmaceutical,next year i will get my master degree. So the problem is that i continue to further or to work?On the one hand,considering to further because I have published a good paper on a famous journal and i got the National scholarship, which will pave the way for me to go to a better school and go ahead with Doctor degree.But it will take at least three years to do research under great pressures, most students will be prolong about 5 years.To be honest, i don't like doing experiments on research,but i want to get the degree to be a teacher in college. On the other hand, i will choose to work. Some of my elder school sisters and brothers tell me i can get a lot of work experiences in 3 or 5 years. Therefore, i want to need your guys advices.And look forward your messages , thank you for your attention!
