Funny how we have to push ourselves to feel good! I love kayaking and the other day I already had the kayak on the truck. But by the time I finished my errands in town I was tempted to sit in the coffee shop and use their wifi for my break instead of driving to the lake, unloading the kayak and paddling. I took the coffee to go and forced myself to go to the lake. How lovely once I was there! So worth it.

@Tampa_girl7 I really enjoy just leisurely paddling around the lake or floating down a lazy river.

Good for you! Sounds like you had an enjoyable time. I haven't been to a lake in a very long time. I find it so peaceful when I have gone, just enjoying the beauty of nature.

Since we have started to do group exercise we are much more inclined to enjoy exercise. I love pool exercise at the YMCA.

Struggle for me too which is why i dobt stick to it. I usualky do 3-4 miles though

Motivation is often hard to find, I too struggle with that. I try to go for walks as often as possible but my goodness its tough to put my darn shoes on! Haha that being said, I'm far from unhealthy, just a little lazy :p
