Walking Pneumonia

My friend/girlfriend/ex Felice and her grandmother Regina both believe that they are sick with walking pneumonia. Their chests have been hurting them, they are couphing up phlegm, and they're just not feeling their best. They both have problems with eating because of weight loss surgeries they have had plus Felice takes a medication that affects her appetite for her fibromyalgia. Felice is seeing her primary care doctor today and I am hoping that he will be able to help her feel better. Her fibromyalgia, lupus, and srojens can wreak havoc on her body when she gets sick. What do others think and/or what have others experienced?
