I think an adult can survive seven days without food but only three days without water, water is more important than food

It all depends on the individual, their state of health when they stop consuming food and water, some not very long and some a little longer. I have heard (but not researched) of some going without food for about 60 days. I know one person who went even without water for 11 days but got very weak.
There are people that fast but I don't think they can go very long without water (again, I have not researched it as it is not something I want to do).
What do you know about the subject?

Maybe it depends on the adult's physical state at the start.
Perhaps they have data on expriments done by the Nazi especially the infamous Dr. Joseph Mengele but getting hold of such data is another thing.

I can last 15 hour of fasting each day during fasting month just fine. One day I forgot to bring water to work, so it turned into 36 hour of fasting, and I found out my throat hurts badly, but I can still stand and work. So I am guessing two days is fine without water.

Well we know it would not be very long to survive without some nourishment and hydration, but yes the mind as well as the strength of spirit would suffice for a while I would think.
