This morning when I woke up, I got extremely dizzy. My head was spinning. No it wasn't hangover as I didn't drink yesterday, and no I am not pregnant. When my husband came, he saw me laying in bed. I just cried as I felt terrible. He gave me water, told me to relax and have more sleep. He lay down with me. After an hour, I felt a bit better. My appointment to doctor is on Saturday. I had blood test and urine test. Hope everything is good.
I wonder why I was extremely dizzy. What do you think it might be?

Did you feel that the ground is moving while you were sitting still? If yes, it is either Vertigo, ear imbalance or high blood pressure. I had felt dizzy and nausea and vomited a few days back. It was high blood pressure symptoms. Be careful. Go check with the doctor fast.

I had vertigo before but it will only last for 1-2 minutes. This time it was different, lasted for couple hours.

No idea what your medical condition is but it is a good idea that you are consulting a doctor to be checked on.

Maybe it has something to do with blood pressure. Have it checked. That's better.

I am not sure what happened this morning. I am okay now. That was a very terrible feeling, i thought hubby has to bring me to hospital. After some rest, I was okay so hopefully when I get my result on Tuesday, everything is fine.

Sometimes improper rest also causes it. So take care in future it does not happen.
