Where can I find a good project car that runs in Florida?

See I really want a car I can work on with a few buddies of mine but we dont wanna spend to much on buying it, more on investing things into it and if you can help out I'll be vary thankful!

You should check out http://www.craigslist.org. There's usually a ton of cars listed, many of them project cars.
