Pizza Hut is making pizza with macaroni and cheese on top. Does this sound good to you?

Right now, Pizza Hut is only making it in UK. Do you think this is something you would like? I am sure I would like it, but it does sound loaded with lots of fat.
One version even has BBQ sauce

I don't think pizzas are the healthiest foods but if one likes them and can digest them then they can put whatever they like on it and it will probably taste good.

@MsBooklover I'm a pizza lover but these days I have a hard time digesting it and so I rarely have it.
