Do you look younger then your peers?

I was born in 1980, some of the people I know with the same age start to look grim and sad, they're now all serious and protective of whatever they had, every time I open my mouth I hurt somebody's feeling.
We kill on us the curiosity that makes us playful, thus happy . the reason I have decided to look always, at least ten years below my age.

I look younger than most of my friends. I just try not to worry about things and stay happy most of the times. I also try to eaat healthy food

@joehue I don´t do sports, but I stay active walking and moving around at the house

that is good..But can you function ten years below your age.Looks are different.But not the body.

Believe me you can, I'm 36 years old now, and those younger then me by ten or more years are lucking the energy and zeal an old man has.
years ago I was learning to swim, I was so afraid and concerned, then I spoted an old trying to learn as well, he would throw himself into water and struggle till he reach the other side. It's not the looks as in beauty, it's more about that radiation reflecting an inner peace.
