I make sure that an hour or two before going to sleep I shut down all the electronic devices in my bedroom. I also do some breathing exercises to relax my body.

I love to read some e-books from my kindle or watch some videos.They really help me fall asleep fast.Somedays when I am just too tired,once my head touches the pillow,I am sleeping then.

Believe it or not, I find a good game or two of solitaire on the tablet is relaxing… usually i try to make sure the blue shade is turned on the screen
