For some reason, this is not an issue with me very often. Usually, when it is time to me awake, the sleepiness leaves me.

Have you had your strong coffee yet? My husband didn't feel like going to work this morning, Monday. Well, we have a new big mortgage and zoom he went. :-D

First off, I make sure that I get enough hours of sleep the night before. If I am still sleep, a quick 5-minute is what I do. My last option is to drink a mug of black coffee.

You may want to get evaluated for sleep apnea..a condition in which you have episodes of stop breathing while you sleep..extreme snoring is the #1 symptom… they will do a sleep study and monitor you, if you are diagnosed with sleep apnea they will prescribe cpap therapy..i am using one.
